But Belle could bumped to the Beast's castle other way, and it would all be the same if she didn't have that strong relationship with her father. Tiana was inspired by her dad to have her own restaurant, but she could want her own business without father wishing that. 	IsaacKuo picked Ariel and Triton: I'm kind of shocked that "Ariel and Triton" isn't #1 on this poll! It should have been no contest! First off, the final line in TLM is, "I love you, daddy!" That should be a clue about how important the father-daughter relationship is in the story. The plot of TLM is intricately woven around the tempestuous love-hate relationship between Ariel and Triton. The villain's plot is entirely built upon exploiting their relationship for her gain. And of course, Ariel and Triton's relationship grows as a result of the story. More than any other Disney princess movie, TLM is truly a story about a daughter growing up and a father learning to let her grow and let her go. In contrast, both Belle and Mulan ended up still living with their fathers, and their relationships didn't really evolve.
