*Should be Cinderella has secret magic power to speak to animals.*

It's possible that Cinderella has the ability to speak to mice (and only mice). She speaks freely with all the ones we see, including the newbie Gus. Unless they're all from the same magical talking mice colony (or something), I'm more likely to believe that Cinderella is the one with the ability.

^ I agree. She also talks to the birds too though and seems to somewhat communicate with Lucifer and Bruno and the horse pretty well also. In my opinion, she even seems to communicate better with Lucifer than Lady Tremaine though it could be because she's just a really bad person. The only other person I see in the film talk to the animals though is the Fairy Godmother which also leads me to believe Cinderella has some secret magical power to communicate with the animals. Perhaps it's supposed to be a result of her growing up more with them than Drizella & Anastasia or something to that effect.

If we're including the sequels as evidence, in the third movie Prince Charming talks to the mice so I would assume the mice have powers rather than Cinderella. (Unless the prince has powers too.)

^ I do not include the sequels since they weren't approved by Walt whereas the original film Cinderella was. I am more willing to include sequels to newer films but not at all to Walt's or Roy's since they didn't seem to have any intention for sequels with their DP films.
