Either this or Mulan, I think they're the two more likely to make someone a Disney fan, though it really does depend on the individual.

But actually I'd probably show them The Lion King before anything else, I think that movie appeals to pretty much anyone.

Tangled or B&TB, though it depends on the person. I would pick these two for the same reasons: They are funny, appeal to many audiences/age-groups, sweet, both capture the Disney Magic, Great animation, great characters, good plot, and both are emotional.
