Jasmine's personality just seems to clash with Elsa's in my opinion. Elsa would probably be apprehensive around her or something, and Jasmine would be bored around Elsa.

There's nothing that suggests to me that they would be especially close or especially hostile. I think they'd get the whole isolation thing, but i don't think they click especially well.
