It could be both underrated to perfectly rated but a lot of people here are started to give it a second chance. The reason I say on fanpop only it because a lot of the time people bring in tumblr and the world into overrated and underrated polls

Very underrated!

Like Pocahontas, it's objectively not a very good movie by Disney standards IMO.

It's a little overlooked, but there are fans. Maybe I love it so much because it was the movie that started my Disney love. Has a special place in my heart, you know. <3

So much wasted potential with this movie... to put it bluntly it's just not very good, especially compared with other Disney movies. Not many people love it and it's for good reasons. I agree that aspects of it are overlooked though - it's a shame because the characters are original, the animation is lovely but everything else is just completely underwhelming IMO.
