She is in my top 3 in that regard, otherwise, however, our lists are rather different with another exception that is Tiana because despite the overall gorgeousness of her looks and visual design her hair is objectively not the strongest side of her appearance. Earlier concept arts of Tiana pictured her with stunning kinky hair, however, based on the unofficial rumors Disney decided to refrain from that design due to accusations in potential racism.
