She took care of the mice. :)

She can be quite gentle and adventurous at the same time. To be caring you don't have to be full out calm.

She has love for nature, and really cares about it

Cinderella is a sweet, caring motherly-figure :)

She makes clothes for the mice. Need I say more? Or Snow White, she took care of the dwarfs, as well as apologized for making such a fuss in the forest to the animals.

Either Cinderella or Mulan. Cinderella took it upon herself to be in charge of the mice and other animal friends she made solely due to her caring and compassionate nature and Mulan risked her life without a second thought in order to protect her father.

She puts everyone before herself and she cares for the goods of others first
