Damon looked pissed at Veronica while he pulled the vervained ऐरो out of his shoulder. He scribbled up and looked around to see if he recognized anyone. He didn’t. Veronica aimed her crossbow at him and fired again. Damon screamed, but managed to stay on his feet.
“What’s going on?” a familiar voice कहा agitated. Derek pushed some people aside and looked at Damon, who looked back betrayed.
Veronica handed the crossbow to Derek and her eyes still pinched on Damon she said: “Go ahead. Finish the job, Derek”
“What?” Derek asked confused.
“Kill him” Veronica said. “He killed Kelsey. She was your girlfriend’s sister”
Derek breathed heavy and aimed the crossbow at Damon, while he tried to keep his arm from shaking.
“I’m…sorry” he कहा with trembling voice.
“You don’t have to apologize” Veronica कहा cold. “He deserves what’s coming to him”
“I wasn’t apologizing to him” Derek started.
“What?” Veronica asked confused.
Derek turned to her and hit her in her face with the crossbow. The others were too stunned to do anything and so Derek grabbed Damon’s sleeve and pulled him out of the building.
“I’m sorry, Ronnie” Rachel said. “I didn’t mean to let them escape”
“That’s okay” Veronica replied while two guys helped her up. “They’ll come back. We have something they’ll want back”

Ok so I was just randomly listening to the 2 songs off the TVD soundtrack from episode 1x01 and 3x19...and I noticed something that blew my mind. I just thought I'd share it. We all know how influential the संगीत can be as far as foreshadowing goes. This analysis just furthers my belief that Delena were meant to be all along and from the very beginning.
So when Elena is going to the cemetery in the very first episode of season 1, unbeknownst to her, Damon is hiding in the fog watching her. While this is going on, the song in the background (Say All I Need द्वारा One Republic) has lyrics that go "All I need is the air I breathe, and a place to rest my head."
In season 3 episode 19, Damon and Elena finally किस passionately. The accompanying song (Never Let Me Go द्वारा Florence and The Machine) has a verse that says "I found the place to rest my head."
I see what आप did there TVD crew :-)
