Oh, Donnie.

I'm really glad आप asked that सवाल because it's one I've been asking myself, and quite frankly, been bothering me a lot. In the UK we've just seen the episode where Bonnie gets possessed द्वारा Emily and Damon tries to kill her! When did attempted murder pass as chemistry?!?
I think that all the Donnie प्रशंसकों are people who have read the books. In the दिखाना (from what I've seen so far) they don't have a smidgen of attraction between them, and I think that Bonnie will be totally freaked out द्वारा Damon now and want to stay as far away from him as possible, because c'mon, he tried to kill her! Maybe in the पुस्तकें it makes और sense. I've never read them, so I can't say. But the entire series is based on a प्यार त्रिकोण, त्रिभुज between Stefan, Elena and Damon. In order for it to be believable, we have to feel Elena's torment as she is caught between these two वैंपायर who she loves in different ways, and feel Damon really wanting to be with Elena. It makes NO SENSE for Damon to be like: 'Actually, I changed my mind, Elena's not the girl for me, Bonnie is.' Because then, if his दिल wasn't with Elena the whole time, his प्यार for Elena wasn't real and the प्यार त्रिकोण, त्रिभुज wasn't real. I can't help wondering if LJ Smith might have made a mistake with the पुस्तकें if people keep rooting for Damon to be with Bonnie, because it shows flaws in the way the प्यार त्रिकोण, त्रिभुज and characterisation was written. Maybe someone else who has read the पुस्तकें can give an opinion on this? Basically I think you're right about people's preoccupation with Donnie: they don't have ANY chemistry and...THEY DON'T MAKE ANY SENSE.

I get the appeal of Donnie - witch and a vamp does sound like a hot combo, but I agree. I dnt think Damon and Bonnie have anywhere near as much chemistry as Delena do.. and anyway, just be happy we still have a lot of Delena प्रशंसकों out there, including फैन्पॉप ;)

I don't get it either, in the दिखाना they have 0 chemistry for real (I don't know the books)DE are आग when they're together =D!
