-Ingredients :1 large चॉकलेट pound loaf * black चेरी जाम * 60ml Kirsch+ 60ml ब्रांडी * 700g drained black cherries
-Chocolate Custard:90g Dark chocolate,minimum 70% कोको solids, chopped * 250ml दूध * 250ml heavy cream *6 egg yolks *85g sugar *25g कोको
- Topping : 250ml Double cream *Dark चॉकलेट Shavings
