5.07 - A Lesson in Vengeance: Radio Times Review

We’ve known King Arthur to be pig-headed before, but his blindness to the truth has dire consequences this week as season five hits the halfway mark. After the blinkered royal falls from his mount during an ambush द्वारा brigands, he rounds on poor stablehand Tyr and accuses him of sabotage. Anyone who saw last week’s cheery chapter in the Dark Tower will know who’s really to blame, and even though Merlin turns detective to draw out the culprit, he’s soon fighting against time.

But Merlin’s amusingly crabby alter ego makes an overdue return, and the line “Keep yer grubby hands off my dumplings” is a surprise, so it’s not all doom and gloom.

7/13. Morgana finds herself in a unique position of power, having a Camelot insider under her spell - and now the pair hatch a plot to murder the king. But when stable hand Tyr Seward becomes caught in the crossfire, he threatens to ruin everything. Can a suspicious Merlin unravel the truth before it is too late?

EvieFriday I really don't know how to feel about this episode. Angel will have lots of screen time to really show off her amazing acting skills but I don't want the 'Evil Gwen' plot line to go on too long because she had enough upset last series.

kbrand5333 Could be good. Please no ridiculous shenanigans with Dragoon, though. Please.

Bonne-Bell I have a feeling this is going to be played for laughs. Hence the return of Dragoon.

Bonne-Bell Oh, something I didn't pick up on when I read this earlier. Some people have been speculating if Gwen has been brainwashed or if she's under a spell and I think this reviewer has pretty much let the cat out of the bag with that last paragraph.

kbrand5333 Yeah, they never made it clear in the last episode that she was under a spell. I mean, we all know it here, but we hot the hook-ups.

MOPENDRAGON I hope it's a good epi, in spite of the enchantment...we shall see.

Episode 4x10- Once You've Seen It, Please Discuss

I just saw it with my स्रोत interruptions and am about to watch again, But we need to talk about our feelings and impressions. But OH! The पूर्व दर्शन for अगला week! What are we thinking about it???? Come here to talk after the episode.

I don't know how I feel about Merlin in this episode, how was Arthur to you; I think he was feeling the loss of Guinevere, am I right? The bracelet wasn't discovered! I cannot believe it; we were sure it would be. I don't quite know what to think at this point and once again, need to hear input from others on this.

I am especially all in a emotional state about the पूर्व दर्शन for 4x11.

My Review on Episode 3

This weeks episode to me was OK (I did say good in some टिप्पणियाँ but the और I see it, well, sorry I can't describe it any better than that.)

What worked for me:
-Uther admitting that he always loved Arthur

-Uther wanting to attend his sons “anniversary of your birth” (I प्यार that saying) this scene to me meant that Uther was improving as well

-Gwens reaction to the चाकू throwing प्यार her facial expressions and cocky Arthur

-love the little banter between Arthur and Merlin re trousers down past his knees

-The sword fight between Uther and the assassin

-The brilliant scene between Uther &...
