Here are some ऐनीमे with "zombie" in the name but I'm not sure whether they have a lot of zombies in them:

~Hellsing has ghouls that are very similar to zombies, in fact ghouls could just be a fancy word for zombies^^

~Le Chevalier D'eon have zombie-like creatures as well.
