How to rate...?!

Guys, i know this is something not about anime, but, i'm just new to फैन्पॉप and i would like to ask आप all on how to rate things here....please explain it to me clearly...please.!!! :)

2.The "rate" is actually just clicking the "fan of it? " button on the side या button of video, picture, etc.

Rating on फैन्पॉप doesn't exist anymore. If आप like something, आप can click the green "fan of it?" button and it turns grey and says "i'm a fan". And if आप "fan" enough things, आप can also earn caps.

Items आप can "fan": Images, videos, लेखाए and links
