She is not good natured! If anything, she was the most cruel person on the show. Hannah Annafellows is a very horrible person, because she cursed both Claude and Sebastian द्वारा never letting them have Ciel's soul. I bet that even Ciel would be happier to let Sebastian eat his soul instead of being turned into a demon.

She's irritating. I don't know how, but she just is. I don't think I hate her though, just a dislike.

Um hello, did आप watch the last few episodes when it was discovered that she was a demon who lazed around in skimpy clothing having people wait on her? She only began 'suffering' when she came to serve alois(she wasn't suffering) she's a demon she can take it, also she didn't die when Grell shoved a chainsaw through her middle so i think she's okay with being beaten.(And she deserves it, if आप look at her past of sitting around doing nothing then contracting with a kid who was pretty unaware of what would happen in the end.) And then did i mention she turned ciel into a demon! i have much और to say but i shall leave it at that.
