Well.

Like with the other two. I taking a 'blast to my past' to give reviews that I read, originally back in 2011.

First things first.
It feels weird, giving such a review for a story written द्वारा one of my closest प्रशंसक fiction friends, BRAVOBRAVO.
He, ChocolateBrownPegasis and Villain84 were to first to ever make me feel welcome on there.

Much like Ecology, Applejackrocks thehumphrey, KingSimba4ever9 and probably KarinaBrony were the firsts to welcome me, and befriend me, here on fanpop, back in the day.

Uhh, anyway.

I won't 'only' focus on the neggatives.
I'll give the positives as well.

The story is set as full out war between the Western/Eastern group, vs the mennecing Southern pack.

The worst of the Southerners, is the one who started the war.
HUNTER.
An omega hating sociopath, who in his first appeance, violantly turtures Humphrey, and enjoys doing it.
At the time I read this.
I wasn't as morbid as I am NOW. and didn't enjoy Hunter as much as I probably would NOW.

Same gose to the graphic battle scenes.

I didn't enjoy them as much as I would now, thanks to my enjoyment of saw series, Freddy Krueger, happy पेड़ friends, and MLP creepypastas (mostly cupcakes).

Its too bad to. Cause there's one in basically every single chapter. And Andrew (bravo) dosen't hold back on graphic details for each battle.
What kind of battles?
Well.
picture the brawl between Dash and Big Mac in ROCKET TO INSANITY, times ten.

Anyway.

One of my neggatives was. The langth.
Though I don't think this one should count.
I find it too long.
Others might find it too short.

Another neggative is. The story isn't exatly 'sex free'.
And when there is sex chapters.
It's not held back, on detail.

what else should I say?

I have no idea.
This story is all over the place.
Do much going constantly going on. It's like PRISONERS.
Well.
Okay. It's 'nothing' like that movie.
But who cares.
PRISONERS is awesome!
I just wanted to mention it, lol.
Though the ending annoyed me.
I hate when फिल्में do that to you.

The Making of my Stories: References in A Hero's Past

A Hero’s Past is where the callbacks and references really started coming. I figured I kinda had to reference the first movie a bit since this was a prequel story.

Right off the bat, the story starts out with the ending paragraph from Legend and that’s because this is the beginning of the entire Alpha and Omega story. I कहा at the end of Legend that the story told around the logboard always began with those words, so I decided to include them in quotations at the very start of the very first story.

In chapter two, I made a quick reference to the third movie when I mentioned the Great Wolf...

I guess, in a way, Viggo did break Humphrey’s piece during the final battle. But instead of killing him, he broke his spirit instead when he killed Runt. Humphrey’s grief over Runt was going to be the cause of something big going आगे so I wanted to take a lot of time to fully flesh out just how badly Runt’s death affected him. Plus, it made Kate’s uplifting monologue even और meaningful.

I decided to have a little misdirect द्वारा having Humphrey saying some worrying final-sounding words to make it seem like he was gonna die again, when in actuality, it was Runt who was going to die. And I decided to rub it in a little द्वारा having Runt be the one who says they’re all going to make it out alright.

Something I didn’t realize with the dialogue between Viggo and Humphrey when the battle first starts is that even though I didn’t try, I followed up with the quote from the beginning, saying that Viggo didn’t seem to have any weaknesses. That line was mainly just for effect to emphasize...
