But Harley was in a lot of pain, and the water hit her, HARD. This enraged her. Angrily she stood up and winced at the pain and gathered waster with her Water manipulation powers, and raised the water around her like a giant tidal wave. As Megan watched it grow above her head her smiled faded. And the Rising water attracted her फ्रेंड्स attention. Just then Both Aqualad and Megan realized what was going on. Megan, turned to run, but just as she did The water begin to fall down. it would have crashed onto her if Kaldur had not interfered. Kaldur had her in his Arms and pulled her out of the way, blocking the water as he went. but he wasn't fast enough and the water slammed in front of them.
"MEGAN!" cried out Conner, and raced over to were they were last seen. Searching frantically. He turned around to the किनारा, शोर hearing them cough. Harley smiled underwater, at the sight of Atlantis. She swam over still in entirely water form. body made of water, and her torso and below constructed of water as well, but in a mermaid tail for efficiency.
She swam over to the Palace to one of the guards she smiled at him. and stopped before him, "i am here to speak with the king." The soldier looked down at her, with amusement. "You believe i am to let आप speak to the king because आप have a good hand for the Sorcery of Water? Just because Kaldur'ah, has done it, does not mean anyone can." Harley looked at the guard in annoyance. "This is not sorcery! I am very much a surface dweller, not a Native Atlantean with a 'hand for sorcery.'" She snarled at the guard. The guard took it threateningly. And pointed a spear'like staff at her, "leave at once." Harley growled,"Not until i speak with King Orin." The guard made an advancement towards her. Harley swam out of the way. and changed quickly into and ice form, of which again, she did not require breathing for in water. and shot at dagger like icicle at the guard. Who dodged it and slashed his staff at her. Harley swam away again and then charged at him. And yelled in Atlantean the sworn Oath known only to the closest to the Royal Family. This surprised the Guard but it was too late for him to grab the staff he just threw at Harley.
Just then Kaldur appeared and saw the entire scene.
He saw the staff going for Harley The guard threw it so hard it stabbed Harley right through the gut and threw her off the cliff on which the Palace stood. Down she went, blood flowing form her body, which was now in human form, and Kaldur realized, if he didn't get her to the surface soon enough, she'd not only die from the lose of blood, but because she couldn't breathe.He swam as quickly as he could. AS Harley sunk into the abyss below, Kaldur made a mental note to tell her how he really felt. HE wasnt gonna lose her. And never tell her how he really felt.
He ran to the Zeta tube, and ran into the team with Harley in his arms. "What happened!" shrieked Megan as she realized Harley was bleeding.Alot! enough blood to create several different puddles. "One of the guards of the Palace stabbed her with a staff. We need to get her to a hospital NOW!"
Sitting in the hospital waiting room, Roy burst in, eyes wide and scared. And body shaking in worry and alarm. "Where is she?" he shouted. "Roy, calm down my friend. The doctors are with her now."
3 hours later:
The doctor came out with a clip board, and called out, "The 'Ahms?" Kaldur stood. Roy gave Kaldur a glare as they were led to Harley's room. "you gave her your last name?" Kaldur stared him down, "I did it to save her life. I believe it is not necessary to be arguing such."
As they entered Harley looked over to them. A smile was shred but weak. Megan and Artemis ran over first. "Oh god Harley are आप okay?" Harley nodded, "thanks to kaldur. Without him i would have died."
Roy shoved Both girls out of the way. and began apologizing for everything. for the attitude, for the shoving off the building. For the distance of being and everything else. Revenge stumbled away. The woman looked at the needle in her hand. The blood within was mixed with a strange brown mixture. Revenge gripped his arm and glared at the woman.
"A simple test will tell me who is beneath the mask, Red Revenge. And your secret will belong to me."
"Not likely." Revenge growled.
"Oh, but that's not all it does." she continued. "It poisons the blood stream. Corrupts the DNA within cells and eventually kills them."
"Nerve gas."
"In a liquid form, yes Red Revenge."
"A simple test will tell me who is beneath the mask, Red Revenge. And your secret will belong to me."
"Not likely." Revenge growled.
"Oh, but that's not all it does." she continued. "It poisons the blood stream. Corrupts the DNA within cells and eventually kills them."
"Nerve gas."
"In a liquid form, yes Red Revenge."
