Well, I don't think आप can really resolve that conflict. Some people will say Zero, others Kaname. It's just a matter of opinion and आप wouldn't be able to convince a strong प्रशंसक of the other character.

But if you're just asking which character every प्रशंसक prefers (if the conflict is basically which is most loved here) then my vote goes to Zero. द्वारा a mile.
