Edwards pov
Where do I begin? The fact that killing is my job, and I send people to an early death? It never used to be like this though. If people did wrong; I stabbed them in the heart. What happened was; one day, the King and क्वीन in our village; needed a fearless protector; to keep evil away from them. Somehow it ended up to be me, when there were no ब्रेव men to take up the challenge. So that is where I am today. It is my duty; to serve the King and क्वीन and be a humble protector.

It was another sunny day, a दिन I thought; that I would get through without one muder. I felt happy. But then- "Theif. Someone stop the theif!" It was the King voice I've grown to know. Some man, must've annoyed him and thought to steal to get revenge. Great(!) But with the tiny sword I've got; I am ready. I have been trained to feel no guilt. "Ok you, never-" I was cut off द्वारा the beautiful brown eyes. I was holding my sword in mid-air like an idiot. "The theif was a woman!" That I could never understand.
"Please sir; have mercy. I only did it; because I am a poor maiden. All I took was a loaf of bread. I needed 50 और pennies to buy it. I didn't realise I still had it; when I left. I was going to give it back. But the scary men chased me." She was kneeling down crying. The most beautiful maiden I've seen and she was going to get punished.

"Edward, don't just stand there. This lady needs to be punished." Someone shouted. It was the huge crowed that started to gather. Everytime, there is a killing; lots of people come to watch. Suddenly; I felt like I couldn't do it. I would feel guilty for killing a lady. Especially a beautiful one- what am I saying. I just met her!
"Oh wait; I forgot. The King and queen; wants me to take her to the dugeon. God forbids a man mudering a woman." I informed. The people groaned but knew I was right. It's a rule we live by. I picked up the strager: that is the beautiful girl and took her up the stairs. "Thank आप so much for not killing me, err?" She questioned. "Edward." I said. "You are welcome; but I am sorry but आप would have to suffer the danger of the prison cell, until they decide when आप can go free." I explained. "Please; you've got to believe I am innocent." She begged. "It's either this; या me stabbing you, err?" I mocked her. "Bella." She smiled. The worst part I had to do was cuff her up. "Please don't leave me in this rotten cell!" She kept begging. "It's for your own good!" I yelled. She started whimpering. I never meant to do that. But who knew that this girl; could bring out alot of my emotions? And with that, I left her...

Days passed, I walked pass the ceel, to always see Bella crying. It was painful to see her like this. Against the rules; I went in and gave her a bit of my loaf of रोटी I had. "Here." I crouched down. "You'll need it. आप don't know how long आप will be in here." I said. She took it out of my hands; and smiled. She must be weak. "I am very sorry for shouting at you. I didn't mean it." I apologised. "It's ok. आप are really nice; for a person who is a killer. Someone would just stab me and not think twice." She whispered. "But why did आप save me?" She asked. "Because, because," I stammered. She looked at me with those piercing brown eyes with an understanding look. "Ok." She said.

One day; the rulers descided what do do with Bella. "My good people; this thief broke a law. And that is the 8th commandment. A week, she has been in a cell. But now she must be hanged, feet द्वारा rope, then cuffed up so she can't escape. Then she will serve us as a slave." The King announced.
After an घंटा of tieing rope on Bella. She was upside down. I looked at her really sympatheticaly. "Bella, I believe आप are innocent. I tried there is nothing I could do. I am sorry." I told her. "It's not your fault. It's what I get for not having enough money." She mumbled. If only there was something I could do. Suddenly, I don't feel like killing people anymore. "There is something आप could do." She started. Creepy, it's like she read my mind. "Come closer." I obeyed her wish. I looked in her eyes; then I knew what she wanted. I gently put my lips against hers; and then I knew I felt something. Almost like we were meant to be. Once the kissed finished she said. "That was in case I get killed या whipped soon. I won't survive as their slave. I am already on their 'most wanted list.' So this was like a goodbye because I might not see आप again. "I will miss आप Bella. There will be a way we could see eachother again." I said. "Some day... " She whispered.
