*Edward’s pov*

I heard a knock from the door.
“Can I come in?” Alice asked.
I took a deep breath.
“Sure. “ I said.
Alice opened the door. Her face was expressionless. She sat beside me.
“How are you?” she asked.
“Not so good, “I whispered.
“I’m sorry.” She said, sadly.
“I told you, आप don’t have to blame yourself. It’s not your fault.” I told her.
“It’s not yours, either.” She said
“Yes. it is.” I muttered.
“So are आप going to tell me what happened? या I’m going to guess?” she asked.
“Do आप know Ashley Walker?” I asked her.
“Nope.”
“Well, she’s my high school best friend when I was still human at Chicago.” I started.
“And?” she asked.

I looked back at the places where Bella usually stay. I’ve decided to went downstairs to the living room because I want to seek some advices from Esme.
Everyone was looking at me.
All of a sudden, Carlisle’s phone buzzed.
“Hello?” he asked.
We waited and then he shouted.
“What?! Okay, were coming. Thank you.” He कहा as he ended the call...
“What happened, Carlisle?” I asked.
He looked at me.
‘Jacob called me, Bella had just fainted.’ He thought.
“What?! How could that be?” I asked.
‘I don’t know either, let’s go.’ He thought as he went out the door.
I was about to follow him but then Alice spoke.
“I’ll come with you.” She said.
I nodded.
“How about us?” Emmett asked, he’s thinking of a fight.
“Don’t worry Emmett; it’s not about a war.” I कहा as I went outside.
I drove quickly. We reached Charlie’s house immediately.
We entered Bella’s room. I saw her on the बिस्तर with Jacob sitting beside her.
“Bella?” I asked as I shook her slowly. I sat at her side.
“What happened to her?” Alice asked.
“I don’t know. She called my name and when I looked back at her, she fainted.” Jacob कहा worriedly.
“How could that be Carlisle? वैंपायर don’t faint and they don’t even felt dizzy.” Alice said.
“Well I guess, it’s not about her Vampiric nature.” Carlisle said.

“We all know that she’s physically strong. Even stronger than Emmett. But वैंपायर do have their weaknesses, Edward. Like me, my weakness was Esme, Alice’s weakness was Jasper, Rosalie’s weakness was Emmett and Bella’s weakness was… you. Yes, she is physically strong, but she’s emotionally weak. Jacob suddenly spoke.

“I do.” I told him.
“But why?” he asked.
“I don’t know. I really don’t want to do this to her.” I कहा as I took a deep breath.
“But – “Jacob was about to speak when Alice cut him off.
“Enough. Edward, I think आप better go out. She’ll be awake in less than 5 minutes. She doesn’t want to see you.” She कहा sadly.
I kissed Bella’s forehead. And I walked away. I stopped at the door and looked back to her. I sighed and continued to walk.
“I wanted to talk to her, alone. please.” Alice told Jacob.
“Sure” he कहा as he went out with Carlisle.
