Why many people always say bad things about Toushirou?

I always wonder why many people say bad things about him because for me, he's one of the most awesome ऐनीमे character that I had ever seen.He is strong, kind, cool and a very responsible captain.There are not even a single bad thing about him.Please give me your opinion about this.

I always watch the japanese version with english subtitles. and i think one of the best things about him is his voice!!! Romi Paku does an awesome job.
