Well With The Mew Mews yes in the Original and in the dub all their voice actors are female however characters like Kisshu,Keiichiro,Ryou,Masaya are voiced द्वारा Males,so technically that is true for the main characters but there are still some male actors/seiyuu(s) in the anime.
