Reason why they still have the pet names such as Miguel calling Tulio "darling" and they call each other partner all the time. There was a phase in my life (around a year ago) where I like, really, intensely shipped Migulio, but now I've kinda mellowed down in that I can understand why people don't ship them. I headcanon Miguel as bisexual and having unrequited feelings for Tulio (at least in the past, if not during the movie events).
