how come in mid season 2 of MMPR Trini's voice was dubbed द्वारा someone else when in power ranger uniform?

Also is there a reason Thuy Trang didnt have a lot of scenes soon before her departure? the same with Zack and Jason? Is this connected to them leaving the show?
