“You can see the stars a lt clearer out here, can’t ya?” He mutters as he settles down in the sand.
“Away from all the noise… The lights.” आप say, sitting down अगला to him.
He lays back, head on his hands. “Sure are a lot.”
“Yeah.” आप say, laying down अगला to him.
“My mom… Before she… आप know… Started drinking,” he almost chuckles, giving off a small hint of a smile. “She told me something about stars.”
“What was it?” आप smile.
He turns to you, grinning. “It’s real stupid.”
“Tell me, I want to know!” आप giggle.
“You sure? It’s really dumb.”
आप lean over, giving him a किस on the cheek. “Positive.”
Even in the dark आप could see his face flush.
“Oh alright.” He gives in. “My mom used to say that before we were born, we were a star. She used to say God didn’t have room for शिशु up in heaven before they were born. We were all the same, just all sparkly and all.” He pauses. “And then God picks out that one star, out if millions and thousands and billions, just for the right parents for them.” He turns away from you. “Not that I believe that anymore.” He mutters.
आप let his words soak in for a second, and turn back to the star.
आप pick one out of all of them.
“Johnny.” आप say, nudging him.
“Hmm?”
“That ones ours.” आप smile, pointing at the one star.
At first he’s confused, but smiles as he gets what you’re saying. “Yeah. That ones ours.”
And the अगला thing आप know, seagulls are flying over your heads, screaming at you.
आप open your eyes, vision blurry from sleepiness, but the नारंगी, ऑरेंज glow of the sunset still cracked through them. Johnny was still asleep अगला to आप in the sand, arms around you. आप smile and settle back into the sand, hoping it would last forever.

आप walked threw the halls of your school. आप walked to your class. आप were late as always. The teacher looked at आप as he stopped talking. "Miss Y/L/N why at are आप late again?" "I don't know" आप said. "Don't let it happen again" he said. आप walked to your सीट as sat down. That class well all your classes were filled with Soc.s but they all looked at you. There was only a couple greasers like आप in that class. One of them was Ponyboy Curtis. You've had a crush on him for almost a साल now. आप looked at आप as आप looked at the bored. आप hated that class because of the teacher. It was पढ़ना class. Surprisingly आप sucked t it. आप were usually good at पढ़ना and writing. But आप didn't know what it was in that one class all the sudden. The teacher told आप to have a partner द्वारा the end of the week for a project. आप never had one cause they were all preppy Soc.s that never liked you.
