I'm glad to say that this is yet another Hunger Games Role-Play Game! For people who don't know what a RP is, it's when you make a character and write with them as if you're in a story, except that other people are writing with their charries in the same story. It's really pretty easy once you get the hang of it.

So first off, here's the character skeleton. A character skeleton is something that you copy and fill in the missing information to make your character.

District:
Age:
Name:
Appearance: (Can be a picture, a description, or both.)
Personality: (Should be at least a good sized paragraph, if not more.)
Biography: (Basically just what's happened in her life, what her life at home is like, etc. Should be at least a good sized paragraph, if not more.)

Now there are a few rules. Everything you write should be at least a paragraph. It doesn't have to be a long one, but it has to be at least five sentences. However, you're definitely encouraged to write more. There's no god-modding, which is when you control another person's character. The only exception is when you're fighting with another character. For example, you can say, "I grab his arm and slam it against my knee." But then under that you have to type in parenthesis, "(You can decide if his arm is broken or not.)" You can't just say that you broke his arm because that's controlling someone else's character. Another rule is that you can't make an invincible character. You can say that your character thinks he's invincible, but not that he actually his. And the last rule is to keep everything believable and PG-13. Romances are ok but if they lead to something too graphic then just fade into black at the end of the post.

I hope everyone has fun! I'm limiting each District to four character so that this is a Quarter Quell and so a lot of people can join. First come, first serve! :) We're starting when the tributes get out of the train and they go into they're rooms in the Capitol building. It'll be night time when we start so when they get into their rooms they'll unpack and go to sleep and then the next morning they'll have breakfast and chariot rides. After chariot rides comes dinner and sleep and then breakfast in the morning and then training. After training comes dinner and sleep and then breakfast and interviews and then dinner and sleep and the next day they'll go into the arena. When it's time for the arena I'll post what it looks like. We have so many meals because the cafeteria will be the place where tributes talk, fight, get to know each other, etc. You may have up to 4 characters but if a District is full you may not have a character from that District. And you can't fill up a District with only your characters.

Age: 14
Name: Shay Monroe
Appearance: A cute, almost flawless face with beach blonde hair and rainbow streaks in it.
Personality: Shay is smart and rude. She's used to getting her way all the time. She's amazing at hand to hand combat as she's strong and amazingly fast, but she also can use many weapons, such as axes, knives, and boys and arrows. But the most dangerous thing about her is how persuasive she is. It's like she can hypnotize anyone she wants just by using her voice. She's also very good at writing and wording things and she's an amazing singer. She's manipulative, crafty, strong, fast, and bratty.
Biography: Shay was raised as a single child in District 1. She had a fairly normal life, nothing special. She trained hard but training wasn't her life. She liked to write and sing more than fight. She does have a sibling, her younger brother Fin. He's 12 and she's never had a really strong connection with him. They're always fighting but she never really knows what he's up to in life. She just pictures him as her annoying kid brother. she's kind of a girly girl, she always has to be beautiful and look as good as she can. She's definitely pretty bitchy, a little more to guys than to girls.

Name: Fin Monroe
Appearance: He has hair that's a little darker blonde than his sister and a thin, young looking face.
Personality: Fin is much kinder than his sister. He's quiet and doesn't like to be noticed much. He often fights with her sister though. She embarrasses him a lot because she likes to start fights and she often drags him into them along with her. He doesn't make friends easily. He's kind of shy since he wasn't noticed much at home.
Biography: Fin really wasn't noticed at all at home. His sister was always in the spotlight, always the center of attention even with his parents. It was like he didn't even exist. His sister was really the only person who noticed him at all and that was only because she and him fought all the time. He likes to draw people and landscapes, usually beautiful ones but sometimes violent images as well. He's not really into romance, nor is his sister.

Name: Annabelle Cloud
Apperance: Soft wavy caramel hair,fairly pale skin,green eyes amd and looks young
Personality: Annabelle is a nice and friendly girl. Her uncle is the mayor or District 1 and lives quite a good life. Going into the Hunger Games is a real challenge. But she doesnt fear. Annabelle had a sister. Yes had.Her name was Glimmer and she was killed by Katniss Everdeen

Bio: Annabelle has never faced starvation but she has been trained her whole life and is a fast runner and fiece knife thrower. Her sister died whe she was the age of 12 because of the Hunger games and Annabelle is determined to win for her. Since her name was drawn for the quater quell Annabelle has turned into a furious warrior and has targted the other tributes. Ecspecially District 12 for killing her Sister. The other tributes better watch because Annabelle has a dark side. And when she steps off that metal plate. It will be her only side.

Apperance: Black straight hair, dark brown eyes and tanned skin
Personality: Harry is poor but not a loving person. He has 4 brothers all younger than him and cares about nothing or no body else. His mother and father were hung for trying to steal food. He is mean and has to beg for people to give him food. He was not accspeted at the mines because of his crimes and has just found out the girl he loves loves him back.
Bio: Harry is strong and smart. He will make allies then kill them when hes done. He doesnt show any mercy for nobody in the arena and has now become the HOT FAVOURITE to win. He's tough and a killer. He knows the feeling to be starving and he knows how to hunt. He's very handy with knives and can throw a far distance. He's the one to beat.

Yeah, it's fine that you made two. But just so you know you can only make two more now unless you have one of them killed in the Games. You're only allowed to have three characters at one time.

Apperance: very pretty, teal-blue eyes, straight dark brown hair with angled bangs, medium height, tan
Personality: She has one younger brother who is ten. Her older brother was killed in an earlier Hunger Games. Her dad's boat got lost at sea and they think he is dead. She greatly despises the Hunger Games, and wants to get back alive to her brother and mother. She is a kind person, and is really flexiable.
Bio: She has many friends who just like her for her looks. She has never trained to go in the Hunger Games, and felt bitter when her name was called. She can be sarcastic and sweet. At training she learned to use a crossbow, which is now her weapon. She is willing to do whatever it takes to come home to her family.

Name: Violet Swiften
Appearence: flowing wavy chocolate-colored hair, blue eyes, tan skin

Personality: Violet is clever, determined, pretty, precise, and sarcastic at times. She can be stealthy and silent when moving through places. Violet is friendly outside of the games, although it is rare to see one of her smiles. She has incredible aim a bow and arrows, and is even better at throwing knives.

Bio: Violet came from a rich family in District 2. Her dad won the Games before and Violet is determined to win for him and her brother, who lost the Games 5 years ago. Her parents sent her to a training school that perfected her skills and taught her to survive. Violet is prepared and ready to win the Hunger Games.

Name: Miram Wright
Apperance: very short, red hair and golden eyes
Personality: Very small, and timid. No confidence. Prefers not to fight with weapons, just to avoid persuers. Because she is so small, she can hide in many different places. Is quick and nimble. Cried when she was choosen at the reaping. Is often overlooked.
Bio: Has two older brothers that looked after her and stood up for her. Her favorite thing in the world is seeing her baby sister smile. Has no experince to fight in the Hunger Games. Wants more than anything to be home, with her family, sitting by the warm fireplace, and not heading to the death sentence, also know as the Hunger Games.

Age: 16
Name: Casey Leaf
Appearance: small but slender girl with sprinkles of freckles, darker blue eyes with very light brown hair, also can be called very dirty blonde hair with natural golden highlights
Personality: is a sweetheart, very shy, but can be energetic around people she knows. Everyone likes her because she is so nice, she complements everyone, overall the only bad thing she has done in her life is stolen a bit of bread.
Bio: she has two younger sisters: one is 13: Delany, and one is 3: Aura. Casey literally takes care of them because her mother is on the brick of death, her and Delany have such a good bond that even the biggest fight they could have they would forgive exhorted within minutes. Her dad died a couple days after Aura was born, so she has been fatherless for three years and basically motherless for the past four months. Life for her is hard. But she knows every herb in the forest, she knows which can produce medicine, she is okay with a bow and arrow, so she can hunt. She took her sisters place in the Hunger Games, she could not let her little sister be torn to shreds in such brutal games. She now facesher death which she hopes is quick and simple. Before she left she faced her crying 13 year old sister, Aura attached to her keg for minutes, her boyfriend, saying goodbye and hugging her and crying, and her sickly mother, barely able to speak.
