NO!!Finnick was to old for Katniss and was already in प्यार with Annie Cresta they were even married...but if he and Katniss did marry it wouldn't seem right with Peeta and Gale it's just wrong.
HECK to the no! The whole Peeta/Katniss/Gale त्रिकोण, त्रिभुज was bad enough, I couldn't take another person being added to that ridiculous situation.
Beyond that, I love Annie and Finnick's प्यार story so very much it's just silly. I प्यार the fact that he could have anyone he wanted and he chose her - the sweet, damaged girl no one would have expected him to be with. Other than the fact that he died, I wouldn't change anything about Finnick and Annie's story.
The only way this'd be possible is if Annie, Peeta and Gale were all killed off, and then Katniss and Finnick survived long enough to finish mourning and हटाइए on. And even then, it'd be just a possibility, not certain.
