In the book SC says Katniss has "olive colored skin." What is जैतून color?

Here's an example: She has जैतून skin.

Umm, I picture and जैतून skinned person to be half Mexican and half caucasian but with this tinge that I can't explain(In a not racsist way =])..
This is the exact skin tone I picture :)

It's what mexicans, asians, & italy, have.
