First Mary, then John,Bela,Ruby... Is it his turn now? what the hell? If Kripke decided to cut Bobby from the show I won't be surprised, it's typical of him. Spn has never had more positive character than Bobby, I love him not less than Sam and Dean.

I love Bobby, but it wouldn't make much sense to kill him off.

I think that the other deaths at least made sense.
Mary had to die in order to start this whole shindig off.
John's made sense in the story (S1 was about the boys being lost without their father, learning to hunt and live without him, and John was too powerful a presence (doesn't mean that I like him, 'cause I don't) and reversed them into the loyal Daddy's Soldiers again. In order to make sure the boys kept developing instead of being stuck in their Soldiers role, John had to die.
Bela... I liked her, she didn't *have* to die, but I thought her death was poignant and meaningful and very fitting for her character.
Ruby's. Yeaaaah. It *was* very obviously for budget reasons, but I like the idea of Lilith having completely burned up Ruby's body or something.

ANYWAY.
Having Bobby die wouldn't make sense. He's like a father to them without the overbearing presence that John had, and without getting the boys stuck in their character development.

It wouldn't be the same, but I'd still watch as long as they've got Sam & Dean, and the stories are good.

Yeah i would. Bobbys one of my favourite characters but sometimes he's barely on anyway and i still watch but i hope he never gets killed off the show. I can deal with the possibility that they might put Bobby in a episode or two but i'd hate the thought that he'll never come back
