What happens if आप eat a worm?

Okay, sorry if this sounds ridiculous, but I worried. Earlier today, I was eating Cereal, and I noticed these little worms. I stopped eating, but I might have eaten one. And since आप are the health प्रशंसकों I thought आप would know. I'm really paranoid about it, so help?
