आप never know. he may या may not be dead considering in तारा, स्टार लोमड़ी, फॉक्स 64 he shows आप the way out. but in तारा, स्टार लोमड़ी, फॉक्स command he disappears after आप battle the anglar emperor which most likely means he appeared as a ghost in the games. but like i said, we may never know...

James is actually dead as stated in the game, but he can either appear as a ghost या द्वारा Fox's imagination, this is not sure. I think निनटेंडो wanted a way to make him appear और often since he is so mentioned in the series.

well first of all in the game when आप are beginning the game it says he been captured (also peppy)then कहा peppy bearly escaped venom and returned घर to tell jame's son लोमड़ी, फॉक्स about his father's fate(he died)but when आप went to venom 2(when andross regular form turns to brains)and when आप defeat andross he says something about going down with लोमड़ी, फॉक्स then लोमड़ी, फॉक्स says ahhhhhhhhhh!!!!!! then james comes in a ghost then shows लोमड़ी, फॉक्स way out and when आप go right outside he disappers that means he was a ghost soooooo he was actully really dead-starfox प्रशंसक :P

Because the Aparoids were around James in the start of तारा, स्टार लोमड़ी, फॉक्स 64 but, निनटेंडो didn't really want to दिखाना them untill तारा, स्टार लोमड़ी, फॉक्स Assault But, in तारा, स्टार लोमड़ी, फॉक्स command he was कहा to be alive!

I seriously think that James McCloud is dead. If everything is going द्वारा the original Starfox Story "lineup", and I would say that द्वारा the Story and parts where James actually DOES दिखाना up, he is just a Figment of Fox's Imagination (Meaning he's pretty much just seeing him in his head). With that being his dad and all, लोमड़ी, फॉक्स can't and probably will never let go and except the fact that his father is actually dead.
