from my point of view, everybody had a reason for their "evil" acts, even f it was out of insanity or simply the desire to rule the world or something similar. Eveyone, except for Vile. He was

created from the shock Skul recieved from the loss of his family. When Lord Vile emerged, he killed millions of people for simply no reason but... boredom? xD
I don't know what culd be much more evil than killing the mother of one of your best friends out of boredom x)
