I like how much more there was to do in Sims 2 with expansion packs, and I like how there were so many personality traits in 3 to make Sims truly unique but nearly everything else about 4 is better. The graphics, the furniture, the build mode, the Sims themselves.

Sims 3 was a BEAR and would freeze my computer/crash often/take forever to load, but overall I think I had the most fun with it. The expansions were my favs (seasons, generations, pets, island paradise, etc) since there was plenty to do in-game, and I loved how customizable my Sims were (with sliders I could make my Sims look exactly like celebs or like my friends). TS4 graphics are better, but the gameplay itself gets old fast :/
