Well, he's supposed to be a dog. But I also wanted him to be somewhat similar to Sonic. Not too much, just a little. Sonic is Shock's hero, so I wanted Shock to be like Sonic in a way. That's why he has green eye. And as for his hair....he's a long-hair chihuahua, so his hair was intended to look like that.
