Luck? Kidding. In my younger days it was the pill. Now that I'm much older, it's not an issue.

At first I just used the pill. Rather easy, just one pill a day, but it does have the risk that आप forget it. I usually did not quit every month, so I could 'skip' my period, one of the better things of the pill.

Later I used the contrceptive injection: one shot every 3 months, no period in between. Very little chance of forgetting, I usually made the appointment for the अगला one immediately when I went to get it.

Right now I have an intra-utrine device (IUD). I have the hormonal version and I like it. It did hurt to put in, but after two days that pain was gone. It can stay in for 5 years, and आप get light periods या none (depend on the person).

I like the last thing best: least hassle, only one visit to the hopital (though a general practitioner can also place it) and I am सुरक्षित for 5 years.

My boyfriend and I also use condoms, to be extra सुरक्षित :)

I use the implanon implant. For me it's the safest, easiest and less risky contraception.
I went on the pill when i was a teenager but it screwed up my periods and moods so much that i had to go onto anti-depressants just to counter the effect. After that i would forget to take them.
I will not use the coil as that frightens the life out of me.
And my doctor disagreed with me when i asked for the 3 महीना injection, saying if was allergic to the stuff they use (even though i'm not allergic to anything) then i would have to put up with the reaction until it dissipated.
So i got the implant. Quick, easy and i don't have to bother thinking about it for 3 years until it's time to get another one put in.
