Yes, आप have to have them uploaded to a video sharing site and then link from it. I've tried any othe rbut those that are mentioned here in the अपलोड window and they don't work, so stick to what is listed below the अंतरिक्ष where you're supposed to paste the link.

Just be careful with youtube; they ban everything for copyright issues.
