Rapunzel acts like she is sillier than Flynn only because she never goes out from her tower but actually Flynn is sillier.

Well his so used to having some freedom but I must say both of them are smart because Rapunzel whacked him over the head with a frying pan and she’s got a lot of attitude.

Wow this is actually kinda tough... :/ Flynn has lots of experience with the world, compared to Rapunzel anyway. He must be smart in order to be able to avoid being arrested after all the times he stole something. :P And he is, afterall, the kingdom's most wanted thief! Rapunzel is also clearly multi-talented and smart! So I just randomly picked one of them here for this question. :P

It's not that I think Flynn isn't smart, i just think he's more street-smart, and Rapunzel has quite a few skills, so, I chose Rapunzel. Love them both though.

Clearly Rapunzel's the smarter one. She saves Flynn several times! From the thugs, in the mine, healing him... She can still use her mind.

They both are very smart. Flynn (Eugene) is street smart and Rapunzel is book smart <3
