Within the city certain groups have begun their fight for power, the city has 4 major parts, each with their own group.
The Heights, the heights are where most of the rich people live. They have money and that means that they run the town and they say what goes. This is home to many politicians as well
The suburbs, the suburbs are where the Mafia are based. Running underground deals and drug trafficking they have a say where the money goes to and comes from but they don't quite have what the reach people do. There are 5 main groups which are known as families
The Pazzulas
The Adrianies
The Molonaries
The Roccinicos
and The Peggarinos
The back street, the back street is where most poor people live. This is a dangerous place as it's runs by gangs like Phantoms and Pirates. Lesser known groups are Robbin' Dawgs, Leachers, Creepers and Zeroes
The last area is the underground, no one really lives here except your criminally insane, demented psychos. They don't care if they have a part of the city, they're just here to have fun in their sick ways.
Others include the Police which have jurisdiction in all areas except the Heights as they require to be of a certain rank, as well as the Private Task Force and Mercenaries who are hired guns, the PTF work for rich people, Mercenaries work for anyone, now all you have to to do is choose one.
