Welcome to Eli's secluded, maximum security, prison for loons: Home of the freaks, supernatural, the gifted, and the peculiar, where you are here to live out your daily lives under control of the government on a remote island. Here you are allowed strictly three meals per day, military training, limited free time three dollars an hour for labor, and prerequisites for working for the government in your future.

Rules:
-Names are replaced by two-digit numbers (but only for role call, you can use your OC's real name.)
(Example: 12, 98, 42, etc...)
-Sexual and/or relationships are prohibited by the warden. Any discontent will lead you to lock down in an isolation cell.
-Any disrespect towards any government officials, guards, the warden, or high-ranking soldiers will have serious consequences.
-Anyone seen outside past the 10:00 curfew will be under solitary confinement for a few hours.
-Three strikes, and you're out. In the worst ways possible...
