Never officially in the original दिखाना या PPGZ. In PPGD Blossom is currently w/ डेक्स्टर (shown below) and the RRB had only a few pages about them when Butch fought XJ-9. But it does दिखाना Boomer दिन dreaming about Bubbles a lil bit. So as of right now, they've only coupled up in प्रशंसक fiction and प्रशंसक art. (the picture below is from PPGD done द्वारा Bleedman.
