How I can get Phione?

I trying to get egg from Manaphy and Ditto, but I'm not sure it's Phione. How should I do? I don't like cheat, action replay, या anything about dishonest.?

I don't have a good answer but anyways how and where did आप get manaphy?

and when that happenns get on a bike cause its faster the in about 15 mints u get your phione

Well there is 2 ways of getting Phione आप tade a Leafeon with Hayley when आप get to certain level on it या आप could hatch it from the egg आप get from Manaphy when bred with Ditto
