Septum piercing:)

Whatever आप do, DO NOT us alcohol या peroxide. Those will dry it out and cause infection. Use warm salt water. I don't think आप want to dunk your nose in a cup of salt water, so आप can do what I did if you'd like and take a q-tip and dip it in the warm salt water and then clean around the holes. I also used to rub it around the jewelry itself and then twist it so that the salt water would get inside as well. Hope this helps.

i personally use saline solution apply with cotton swab and use soap and water 2 times a दिन for all my piercings when i first get them
