As a Brucas fan I always will feel that they love each other more than "just friends" I'm not saying I think they will get back together, and I think it's just a personal FEELING that I have when I see them together, however fleeting the moments may be. The dream sequence was only a dream, but in that dream there were some small hints, and I mean dream it may have been, but I still feel as though you wouldn't dream of marrying your "just friend." After all he didn't dream of his life w/ Haley. All I'm saying is,the dream sequence was a turning point, and he chose Peyton, but Brooke was still in the mix, so what I took from that was that he still considered her as more than a friend...he just didn't take that road. So I guess I'll be even braver and go on... there is the "she's the other half" comment, and Jamie's "did you ever love aunt brooke?..."It's a long story". There have been a couple moments where if you are like me, and LIVE, for them, you'd might take notice of... stuff that perhaps Mark has thrown in to appease the BL viewers. But remember this question was NOT "has there been any sign they will get back together?" To that I would say NO...I just think that Brucas were never, "just friends" and they won't ever be "just friends"...from my experience there are VERY FEW of us who truly can move on and be just friends...My favorite show ever was Felicity, and I think she sums up my feelings...and how I feel Brooke feels, and how Karen sorta eluded to when Lucas asked her "how she got over Dan"... "Maybe getting over someone you’re in love with isn’t impossible. Unless, maybe you don’t actually get over it. Anyway, we have to be honest, after the amazing Brucas friendship shown in s5, we barely had scenes where they really interact this season. If I'm going to put much thought into it, I'd think something went wrong between s5 and s6 (like they had a fight or something, I just don't get how we went from 48158641189812023189 BL scenes to -879213, I don't know about you guys, I'm sure you don't care about BL but it really got me wondering what the hell happened) OR Mark just wanted to screw with BL fans OR Mark made a mistake. Now, option 1 gives hope to any Brucas fan while options 2 and 3 don't. It goes the same with the FEW BL reminders (the other half of the book, pretty girl & change the world someday lines). It's just a matter of choice, do you choose to believe that these are all signs or some trick that Mark is playing at us (putting LP together NOW but having BL at the end) or do you choose to take it in its face, that Brucas has no scenes, therefore how would you conclude that they still have feelings for each other? There's no concrete sign, it's left for interpretation.
