Extremely bad. I know Regina isn't the worst evil there has been, but I can't imagine the trauma that Regina must live with knowing about all of the horrible things she did with a broken heart. I think the very memories themselves of everything she's done, and the long lasting effects they had, are what drive her back to it which makes it all that much more frightening for her. Cora really screwed her over terribly. It's a good thing she had her father.

My poor little baby! Unfortunately, she's going to struggle with this for the rest of her life. Being evil is like a drug. You like the taste of it because you have the power and don't have to play by the rules, but it hurts the ones you love and leaves you to be lonely. She even tells Emma when she almost kills Lily that recovery from the darkness is a long and hard road that you'll have to struggle with for the rest of your life.

Right though, this woman has gone through and has done so much. I don't know why they keep punishing her when she seems to be tearing herself apart on the inside. The fact that she has to live with what she did in itself is a huge punishment, especially because she does feel this bad for it and is so afraid she'd return to that place in her life.
