is it possible that the क्वीन of hearts and regina could be sisters?

it suddenly occured to me that while i was remembering पढ़ना people's theories on how jefferson and regina could be siblings या the क्वीन of hearts could be cora, etc, i was thinking if it could be possible that regina could possibly be sisters with the क्वीन of hearts. i believe cora is dead cause regina killed her and took her powers and the क्वीन of hearts has a मेहराब, तिजोरी, कोष्ठ of hearts just like regina's so i'm wondering if she and regina could be related somehow. i know as of now, we believe regina is an only child but i'm very curious if it's any possibility that she's secretly sisters with the क्वीन of hearts. maybe she चुरा लिया henry the father away so she could have their dad around her instead of regina having him around. is this theory in any way possible?
