One Direction\'s Niall Horan and Caroline Flack​ both attended that swanky Music Industry Trust Awards the other night, and

there are reports the pair got \'pretty flirty\' since a) it\'s a male and female celeb hanging out in the same vicinity and b) she used to date Harry Styles, so a story can be made out of it. Hmm.

After the 1D lads presented big boss Simon Cowell with his shiny gong, loads of celebs headed back to London\'s Dorchester Hotel bar for a fizzy water or five; and apparently Niall and Caroline were \'flirting and giggling the night away\' together. WELL.

A source told The Mirror that, at one point, Caroline was overheard telling Nialler \'I\'m old enough to be your mother,\' adding: "It was a fun night and these two looked were the life and soul of the party, Cazza even looked disappointed at the end when he left to head off to a club.

So basically two old pals were out catching up and having a laugh. Cool.

This all comes after Cazza Flazza recently admitted she\'s not arsed about the constant Harry Styles questions in the slightest, telling Cosmopolitan: "People are interested in those sort of things because they\'re in the public domain, so you just learn to laugh it off. It\'s funny, it\'s not serious.​"
