This story takes place about 12 years after नारूटो Shippuden.

Yakatu looked out the window. He could see the ninja academy from there. It was the दिन he would have to take the test to become a ninja. Yakatu wishes he could just be a normal boy. He was the son of नारूटो Uzumaki and Hinata Hyuuga. Soon after his father became the hero of the village, he was the Hokage. Thats what Yakatu hated about his life. He was the son of a HOKAGE. Yakatu suffered from this, as most kids कहा he was too good to play with. There had even been rumors that he was so skilled he blew up buildings when he traveled with his father to the Hidden Sand village. Those rumors were lies, although, he was pretty strong. He inherits the byakugan from his mother and his father already taught him the rasengan. It was an घंटा before the exam. He grabbed his gourd, which he had got as a souvenier from the hidden Sand village. He only told his mom goodbye because नारूटो had always been doing Hokage work. He went outside and sat under a tree. This was a special tree. It was hollow and Yakatu always seemed to go there in the morning. An घंटा later, Yakatu arrived at the academy. Yakatu gulped, "Time to finally be a shinobi!" He performed and made a perfect clone. His academy sensei gave him the headband. The headband was black with a steel plate that had the leaf symbol. Now Yakatu was a ninja. Tommorow he was gonna find out who is two teammates were and who is sensei is. He went back to the पेड़ and put his head against it. He yawned and then went to sleep.
