What movie is this? 80's movie question.

I'm looking for a movie शीर्षक या information about कहा movie.
All I remember is that a boy and girl, teenagers, are running from someone, and at one point the male climbs up the seats of a moving roller coaster. I remember watching it in the late 80's या possibly 90-91.
Anyone have any ideas?
