How does the hollywood walk of fame decides who gets a star?

They just determine the actor या actress that has been in a lot of films, has a big प्रशंसक base, and has been in great films to the extent where they are nominated या won an Oscar. A तारा, स्टार also has to be around for at least 10-20 years in order to be honored. This is just from my own knowledge. आप can always look it up too. I hope this helps though:)
