Why do they Introduce Ghoulia if she is rarely in anything?

Uhh... How should I know!? I've seen a Monster High commercial and संगीत video that DOESN'T have something to do with her. Maybe she it's because of her speech and her slow movement.

EDIT: Ghoulia hasn't been in TWO lines. She's almost in as many as Frankie.

Well I suppose because they thought a new charecter they could make and just didnt really have a huge amout of things they could do to use her और but I wish they did use her more
