Miley is back in Los Angeles after finishing filming So Undercover.

And upon return she showed off a new color tattoo! आप can see the tat through her shirt. In the picture आप can't tell what kind of डिज़ाइन it is, but it's clear that it's in color, maybe a floral डिज़ाइन in green and red.

What has not yet been confirmed is if the tattoo is permanent (like her other three tattoos) या temporary. Temporary is the safest option.
